About the Role

The ideal Customer Onboarding Specialist is a customer-centric, native German speaker with a passion for new technologies, project management as well as client interaction.


You will:

  • become a member of our international Customer Success Team
  • be in charge for the most crucial time in the customer lifecycle: the time right after the signature when it comes to successfully ensuring a smooth implementation of our Software-as-a-Service solution
  • work closely with the product team providing constant customer feedback and finding effective and creative solutions to client's needs



A project in the life of a Customer Onboarding Specialist

Finally, it is there – the Salesforce message of a newly signed customer. After days of negotiations, thousands of the customers' users will experience the future of customer service provided by GUURU. Now it is your time to shine: Together with the Customer Success Manager, you are having a hand-over session to better understand what the customer wants to achieve with our cloud-based customer service solution. Over the next 2-3 weeks you orchestrate the setup plan, follow all the necessary steps for a successful client onboarding and monitor the entire process along the way. After the final onboarding review meeting with the client, the client will tell you with a smile on her face "thank you for all your hard work - I'm impressed how smooth and fast we got this working!"



You’re offering these qualifications

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in Onboarding/Customer Success
  • Top-notch project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and processes
  • Pro-active working attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • University degree
  • Native level German, written and spoken - fluent in English
